The Home Improvement Trade Networks founder, Paul Sorrentino, brings decades of experience in the home services business. Serving large legacy brands, bringing growth into multi-billion dollar businesses in the International retail home improvement industry. Paul has assembled a strong MGMT team to crystallize his expertise in building companies, growing Contractor networks, and delivering value to retailers. Having lead three successful exits within the home improvement industry, the most recent being Centah Inc., the leading workflow management software platform across North America, which was sold to Goldman Sachs/Financeit, a POS commercial lending platform.

Throughout his career, Selwyn has empowered businesses to achieve exceptional operational results by strategically integrating processes, technologies, and key industry partnerships. A seasoned leader with a people-first approach, Selwyn leverages his strong interpersonal skills and extensive expertise to excel in areas such as company and dealer onboarding, lead management software, call centers, background screening, compliance, process implementation, customer relationship management, and team development.

Selwyn holds a Master Electrical License with expertise in refrigeration, estimating, and tendering and over 20 years of experience in construction with specialized focus on accessibility projects.

Arv is currently the Senior Vice President of Operations Services, at Cadillac Fairview Corporation, with a mandate to drive national operational efficiency and effectiveness, while maintaining a standard of excellence in client experience across all asset classes. Arv is accomplished in leading business units within multiple consumer industry sectors, including iconic consumer brands, driving turnaround performance with revitalized business directions. Arv is well versed in leading trade networks across multiple Home Services and Warranty repair organizations. Arv is a graduate of the University of Waterloo with an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics, and he holds a Master of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier

Paula DiGironimo is an Experienced, Innovative Manager, Implementation Professional and Project Manager with strong leadership, industry knowledge and relationship-building skills. Paula brings almost 20 years of experience in Software Implementation for the Home Improvement Industry within North and South America. Paula has facilitated recruiting, on-boarding and managing of over 60 consultants in North America. Introduced and implemented agile methodologies & best practices into Consultant Programs. Trained over 10,000 people on the use of SaaS products internationally.
